Ik werk tegenwoordig met GetResponse. Een prima service, maar als je mail een paar keer bounced, dan komt je E-mail adres op een blocked lijst en daar kan ik dan helemaal niets aan veranderen.
Je kan echter zelf wel wat doen. Ik heb dit probleem namelijk bij hen voorgelegd en dit is het antwoord dat ik kreeg:
Hello,
thank you for contacting GetResponse.
The concerned addresss is located on a blocklist. They were put there as a result of a bounced message when the recipient’s server responded with information that their addresss does not exist.
The owner of the email address has to contact us directly at restore@getresponse.com with a request to be restored to your list. Please ask them to mention either the name of the list, or your login to GetResponse.
