The loan funds will be used to finance general working capital needs, including settlements with suppliers, service providers, and other expenses related to ongoing operations. The loan is secured by pledging 11 land plots located in Vilnius district. According to the property valuation report prepared by UAB Centro kubas as of June 25, 2026, the total value of the pledged property is €242,000.
